  2. Equipment

    NHTSA 05V209000 Reported 282 vehicles potentially affected COUNTRY COACH INC

    On certain class a motor homes equipped with vehicle systems' aqua-hot and hydro-hot water heaters, which use webasto burner tubes, the burner tubes do not meet specifications and could fail prematurely.

    Remedy: Vehicle systems is conducting the owner notification and remedy for this campaign. Owners may contact vehicle systems at 1-800-685-4298 or country coach at 1-800-547-8015.

  3. Recreational vehicle/trailer (equipment)

    NHTSA 04V463000 Reported 349 vehicles potentially affected COUNTRY COACH INC

    On certain motor homes, liquid propane (lp) gas cook tops were installed using a flexible rubber hose that could burn or melt.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the cook top rubber hose with copper tubing. The recall began on november 8, 2004. Customers can contact country coach at 1-541-998-3720.

    On certain motor homes equipped with an independent front suspension (ifs) gen ii built by holland USA, the gear plate support gussets were removed. This can allow the plate to flex during a static steer condition.
