Reporting a data problem

Include the page address and what looks wrong: the make, model and model year, and the NHTSA campaign number if it is about a recall. Please do not email a full VIN or other personal details unless they are needed to look into the problem.

We can correct how a record is presented here. Recall and complaint text is reproduced as NHTSA publishes it, so errors in the underlying records should go to NHTSA.

Repairs and questions about your vehicle

RecallMyCar cannot schedule repairs or answer questions about a specific vehicle. For a recall repair, contact an authorised dealer for your vehicle's brand with your VIN and the NHTSA campaign number. For other questions about your vehicle, contact the dealer or NHTSA at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
