   NHTSA 95V038000 Reported February 28, 1995 1,157 vehicles potentially affected VOLVO GM HEAVY TRUCK CORP

   The wrong ball socket assembly was used to attach the steering arms to both the steering drag link and the steering RAM assist cylinder, resulting in a binding condition.

   Remedy: Dealers will replace the ball socket assembly on the affected vehicles.
