1. Fan (engine and engine cooling)

   NHTSA 78V245000 Reported November 7, 1978 152 vehicles potentially affected GENERAL MOTORS CORP.

   The involved engine fan assemblies may be of inadequate durability. Consequently, the fan spider may wear over a peroid of time and break at the hub without warning, while the engine is running.

   Remedy: Dealer will replace the suspect engine fan assembly, without charge.
