   NHTSA 91V144000 Reported September 3, 1991 11,880 vehicles potentially affected TIARA MOTOR COACH DIVISION

   Front and rear seat belts failed to comply with FMVSS 210 load test.

   Remedy: Replace washers and backer plates for pedestals, and furnish proper seat belt bar brackets and bolts for the seat belt bar.
