Defect

On certain vehicles, during the stamping process, some crossmembers were manufactured with a deformation to the lower corners due to excessive wear of the stamping die. Safety risk

Any of these occurrences could result in a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect, correct, and replace the crossmembers. The recall began on december 4, 2006. Owners may contact hino at 1-248-648-6400.
