    NHTSA 25V445000 Reported 20 vehicles potentially affected Orange EV

    Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 HUSK-e terminal trucks previously remedied under Recall 25V367 (2025-SRC-04). The wrong size washer was installed in the thermal fuse bolted joint during the previous repair.

    NHTSA 25V367000 Reported 47 vehicles potentially affected Orange EV

    Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Husk-e terminal trucks. The high voltage short circuit protection system may have an inadequate fuse.

    Remedy: OEV will replace the fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2025. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2025-SRC-04.

  7. Critical fasteners (steering)

    NHTSA 25V360000 Reported 968 vehicles potentially affected Orange EV

    Orange EV is recalling certain 2023-2025 HUSK-e, e-TRIEVER, and 2022-2024 T-Series trucks. The bolts securing the upper steering shaft clamp may have been improperly tightened.

    Remedy: Orange EV service will replace the upper steering shaft clamp bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 15, 2025. Owners may contact Orange EV customer service at 1-866-688-5223.
