    NHTSA 03V166000 Reported MONACO COACH CORP.

    On certain motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers equipped with norcold refrigerator cooling units model numbers 1200lr and 1200rim, these refrigerators can experience low cycle fatigue failure which can lead to the liquid solution slowly leaking from the sealed, pressurized cooling unit through a small crack.

    Remedy: Norcold will notify its customers and provide a replacement cooling unit free of charge. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a…

  2. Suspension: front

    NHTSA 97V094000 Reported 1,329 vehicles potentially affected MONACO COACH CORP.

    Vehicle description: class a motor homes. The two front frame towers used to mount the front axle control arms to the vehicle can develop fatigue cracks or fractures.

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect the welds on both frame towers and repair if necessary. A gusset reinforcement will be added to strengthen the maximum stress point of each frame tower.
