    NHTSA 93V128000 Reported 100 vehicles potentially affected GRUMMAN OLSON, INC

    The battery cables were located either adjacent to or touching the turbocharger of the engine. High temperatures of the turbocharger can melt the cable insulation, causing an electrical short circuit.

    Remedy: Grumman olson will supply a repair kit and instructions to reroute and clamp the battery cables away from the engine supercharger.

    Clamp which secures the fuel filler hose to the body is missing.

    Remedy: Install missing clamp and replace filler hose if it has been rubbed by spring.
