Latch (latches/locks/linkages)
The three-point latches used on the emergency doors have been mistakenly assembled using standard nuts rather than locking nuts. The standard nuts could back off due to vibration, causing the rods which unlock the emergency doors to fall off.
Remedy: The standard nuts will be replaced with locking nuts.

Glass that has not been tempered was used for passenger windows.
Remedy: Replace noncomplying glass.
