    NHTSA 25V385000 Reported 2,192 vehicles potentially affected Vanguard National Trailer Corporation

    Vanguard National Trailer Corporation (Vanguard) is recalling all 2021-2023 VXP 28-Foot Pup trailers. The pintle hook box assembly may crack or break, reducing the trailer's stability while being towed.

    Remedy: Vanguard will inspect and repair the pintle hook box assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2025. Owners may contact Vanguard customer service at 1-888-253-3008.

    NHTSA 23V497000 Reported 102 vehicles potentially affected Vanguard National Trailer Corporation

    Vanguard National Trailer Corporation (Vanguard) is recalling all 2023-2024 trailer models built after November 2022 and equipped with a SAF Holland Tire Pilot Plus (TPP) tire inflation system. The TPP electronic controller may open the check valves, causing the tires to deflate.

    NHTSA 14V546000 Reported 311 vehicles potentially affected Vanguard National Trailer Corporation

    Vanguard National Trailer Corporation (Vanguard) is recalling certain model year 2014 VIP and VXP trailers manufactured October 10, 2013, to April 24, 2014, and equipped with certain SAF-Holland-brand CBX Trailer Suspension Air Ride Axle Systems. The affected trailer suspensions have pivot bolts that may fail.

    Remedy: Vanguard will notify owners, and SAF-Holland-approved repair shops will replace the defective pivot bolts with new pivot bolts, free of charge. The recall began in September 2014. Owners may contact Vanguard customer…
