Seats
Seat frames do not provide adequate protection in the event of an accident. This constitutes a non compliance to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 222, "school bus seating and crash protection".
Remedy: The seat frames will be replaced with higher quality steel seat frames on all involved vehicles.
