   NHTSA 03V533000 Reported December 12, 2003 616 vehicles potentially affected TRAIL KING INDUSTRIES, INC.

   On certain dump trailers equipped with fifth wheel plates, cracks are visible in the plate located around the hoist mounts and king pin.
