    NHTSA 94V036000 Reported 9,965 vehicles potentially affected AMERICAN SUZUKI MOTOR CORP.

    Cracks develop on handlebars between the handlebar stays (handlebar mounting brackets) due to the softness of the cushion shock absorbers of the handlebar stays.

    Remedy: Suzuki dealers will replace the handlebar stay cushion rubbers and the handlebar of the affected vehicles.
