   NHTSA 78V224000 Reported October 11, 1978 36 vehicles potentially affected SELLERS MANUFACTURING INC

   The spring hangers may be slightly misaligned and may allow the trailer tire to rub against the wheel well. This could result in friction damage and a possible tire blowout without prior warning.

   Remedy: The existing spring hangers will be replaced with new ones, in the correct position.
