    NHTSA 81V127000 Reported 7,700 vehicles potentially affected RENAULT USA, INCORPORATED

    In vehicles equipped with air-conditioning, the spare tire is stored on the floor in the cargo area. In the event of a vehicle accident, the rivets which secure the tire, via a flexible strap and a retaining clip, may fail.

    Remedy: Dealer will install an additional spare tire retaining bracket without charge to owner.

    The amber color rear turn signal lenses may fade after prolonged exposure to elements such as heavy rain, snow, etc.

    Remedy: Dealer will replace the left and right rear turn signal lenses with a type that resists fading.
