Defect

On certain motorcycles, the license number plate holder support bracket posts can crack.

Safety risk

The license plate can fall off the motorcycle.

Remedy

Dealers will install a redesigned bracket free of charge. The recall began on april 23, 2008. Owners may contact ducati at 408-253-0499.
