Defect
Vehicle description: motor home chassis. The welds where the liquid propane (lp) gas tank bracketing joins the floor trusses may not be adequate.
Safety risk
In the event that these welds would fail, the lp gas tank could become dislodged from the motor home possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury, or death.
Remedy
This recall has been superceded by recall no. 02v-128.
