Defect

Vehicle description: MINI motor homes. Certain pleated shades failed the requirements of FMVSS no. 302, "flammability of interior materials."

Safety risk

If a fire occurred in the motor home, the pleated shades would burn at an accelerated rate, increasing the risk of personal injury.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the pleated shades on these motor homes.
