   NHTSA 93V064000 Reported April 20, 1993 201 vehicles potentially affected OSHKOSH TRUCK CORPORATION

   The crosshead king pin forgings of the upper coupling assembly can crack, chip, or break off. This can cause coupler separation.

   Remedy: Replace defective king pins. Oshkosh will warrant the entire upper coupling assembly for ten years after inspection and repairs.
