   NHTSA 88V151000 Reported September 16, 1988 29 vehicles potentially affected FONTAINE MODIFICATION CO.

   In adding an air tractor package to the standard air over hydraulic brake system a mix of pipe fittings was made which were incompatible with the pipe threads on the vehicles air brake system.

   Remedy: Install correct fittings as necessary.
