    NHTSA 22V890000 Reported 30 vehicles potentially affected Newmar Corporation

    Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Supreme Aire motorhomes. The cap screws under the steering wheel cover could loosen and cause the steering wheel to separate from the steering column.

    Remedy: Dealers will install new steering wheel cap screws, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 30, 2022. Owners may contact Newmar's customer service at 1-800-731-8300.

    NHTSA 22V043000 Reported 162 vehicles potentially affected Newmar Corporation

    Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Super Star and Supreme Aire motor homes built on Freightliner M2 chassis. The tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel may come into contact with the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged.

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect and the replace the valve stem extension as necessary, and install a valve stem extension stabilizer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 25, 2022. Owners may contact…
