    Multiquip, Inc. (Multiquip) is recalling certain 2024 WTE5C and WTE5HP trailers. The trailer brakes may engage unexpectedly or fail to engage when the turn signal is activated, due to wiring that is incorrectly connected between the turn signal and electric brakes.     Remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 22, 2024. Owners may contact Multiquip customer service at 1-800-421-1244.
