   NHTSA 02V013002 Reported February 4, 2002 181 vehicles potentially affected KALMAR INDUSTRIES USA, INC.

   On certain terminal tractors built with a steerable auxiliary axle and equipped with certain meritor-wabco brake system two and four port relay valves, the valve may stick open when a high-pressure application is released.
