    NHTSA 99V314000 Reported 44 vehicles potentially affected ULTRA CARTS, INC.

    Vehicle description: low speed utility vehicles. These vehicles do not comply with the requirements of FMVSS no. 500, "low speed vehicles," and part 567, "certification." these vehicles do not have a 17 digit vehicle identification number attached, have incorrect windshield material and markings, and no certification label.

    Remedy: Dealers will install VIN labels and as-1 safety glass.
