   NHTSA 93V130000 Reported August 25, 1993 1,024 vehicles potentially affected FOUR WINDS INTERNATIONAL

   These travel trailers have too light a hitch weight as a percentage of total trailer weight.

   Remedy: Steel bars will be added to the hitch portion of the trailer frame to attain or exceed 10 percent of the trailer weight to the hitch weight as recommended by industry guideline.
