   NHTSA 85V055000 Reported May 1, 1985 665 vehicles potentially affected ELDORADO MOTOR CORP.

   The emergency brake cable may become frayed or bound up on the heat shield of the propane tank mounting brackets. Consequence of defect: emergency brakes could become inoperative.

   Remedy: Reroute emergency brake cable to prevent contact with heat shield of the propane tank mounting bracket.
