    NHTSA 20V478000 Reported 27 vehicles potentially affected Cruise Car, Inc.

    Cruise Car, Inc. is recalling certain 2020 Moke low-speed vehicles. The vehicles may be able exceed the 40km/h maximum permissible speed to be classified as a low-speed vehicle. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 500, "Low Speed Vehicles."

    Remedy: Cruise Car will notify owners, and dealers will calibrate the vehicle's maximum speed, free of charge. The recall began September 9, 2020. Owners may contact Cruise Car customer service at 1-941-929-1630.

  2. Windshield (visibility)

    NHTSA 19V905000 Reported 60 vehicles potentially affected CRUISE CAR, INC.

    Cruise Car, Inc. (Cruise Car) is recalling certain 2019 Moke vehicles. The vehicles may be equipped with a windshield of the incorrect glass quality rating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 205, "Glazing Materials."

    Remedy: Cruise Car will notify owners, and dealers will replace the windshield, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 19, 2019. Owners may contact Cruise Car customer service at 1-941-929-1630.
