   Forest River is recalling certain model 2011 and 2012 trailers manufactured from August 11, 2011, through April 11, 2012, equipped with Carlisle Toy Hauler series trailer wheels.    Remedy: Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wheels free of charge. The recall began on January 10, 2013. Owners may contact Forest River at 1-574-389-4600.
