The power steering pump is improperly calibrated and has insufficient power steering fluid flow for the operation of the steering system.
Remedy: Correct the calibration of the power steering pump.

Electrical system: wiring
Wiring of the tell-tale module, located in the rear gate unlock-unlatch mechanism, causes the rear brakes to be applied and the rear gate to unlatch when the instrument panel push-to-test light is pressed.
