    NHTSA 10V560000 Reported 442 vehicles potentially affected ROGUE INDUSTRIES, INC.

    Rogue industries is recalling certain model year 2008-2010 rogue model s/a and t/a boat trailers equipped with cequent 3x3" and 3x4" fulton swing tongue units. The pivot bolt can shear allowing the trailer tongue to swing allowing the trailer and boat to come forward and hit the towing vehicle.

    Remedy: Rogue will notify owners and the trailers will be repaired free of charge. The safety recall began on march 4, 2011. Owners may contact rogue industries at 541-830-6930.
