    NHTSA 13V256000 Reported 17 vehicles potentially affected Collins Bus Corporation

    Collins Bus Corporation (Collins) is recalling certain model year 2006-2007 Mid Bus CSD-7450R-C buses manufactured September 11, 2006, through October 25, 2007 and equipped with a Ricon wheelchair lift with an optional armored pendant cable. The armored cable may be positioned such that it does not clear the wheelchair lift.

    Remedy: Collins will notify owners and instruct them to take their vehicle to their Mid Bus dealer where it will be inspected. If needed, Ricon will provide a supplemental cover kit and instructions free of charge. The recall…
