    NHTSA 02V134000 Reported 51 vehicles potentially affected VERITRANS SPECIALTY VEHICLES

    On certain ambulances, the cockpit seating system anchorage for the freightliner chassis includes a flat washer between the cap screw and the mounting flange of the cockpit seat riser assembly. This washer may have been excluded from the fastener assembly.
